One of the most ancient farmhouses of Piemonte dates back to 1782: the Cascina nuova, now Cascina Ranverso.
In the restoration of this historical property, thanks to a long regeneration project, the building has been recovered, with the spaces of the ancient farmhouse adjusted for new destinations of use of a green soul.
A challenge to integrate the new with the existing which has been won thanks to the choice of the materials and the most recent technologies, respecting the environment and using the photovoltaic panels to produce clean energy.
Cascina Ranverso restores the great spaces of the eighteenth century Cascina Nuova to be a gathering and meeting point, where the charm of the past lives again in the walls with exposed bricks and in the antique second patina oak parquet DELBASSO, completely reclaimed.
A parquet which has been there for many years
the planks of important dimensions, the grouts, the cracks and the holes, fit perfectly to the surrounding environment, recalling the main door and the exposed beams.
Just from the beams of ancient farmhouses left in the Tuscan countryside, the antique oak of the BOTTEGA collection is recovered, entirely chosen and worked in Italy, to let the spaces live a new concept keeping intact the identity and the historical value of the environments.
Cascina Ranverso stands as a modern building plunged into a harmonious environment, whose characteristic is the tranquility of the guests.
