A newly wed couple, 2 dogs, a baby coming and a villa with a swimming pool needed to adjust to the hopes of the new family ready to live there.
STUDIO 74RAM, through a close exchange with the customer, has carried out a project which has allowed to use all the big spaces tailored to the family life.
The architectonic job aim, through the architects words
was to value the game of perspectives created by the different levels and the wide breathe of the spaces made more fluid, functional and welcoming.”
The middle level, central point of the whole job, joins the first two floors of the house and has been exalted by the reclaimed parquet, a stabilized green wall and a big iron frame gives light to the space.
The ancient elm parquet of second patina, belonging to Bottega DELBASSO collection, thanks to its natural processing values the texture, knots and the infinite shades of the essence embellishes the space and the majestic staircase which, with its iron elements, leads to sleeping area, where existing valuable materials have been recovered, such as the wood veneer doors and the travertine coverings.
The color palette, used in the all the spaces, is visible in the color of the reclaimed parquet. It is very relaxing in in tones from beige to grey to soften the atmosphere and replacing the cold aspect of the original materials.
